ALC Group was founded by CA. (Adv) Mohit Gupta and CA. (Adv) Ayush Agarwal under the guidance of CA. Vishnu Agarwal (M/s Agrawal Goyal and Co. which is a 35 years old firm). It was founded by a team of experienced & dedicated Chartered Accountants & Advocates having rich experience of working in top-tier firms in India. Mohit Gupta is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Lawyer having rich experience of several years of working in top taxation firms of India (APRA and Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan(LKS)). He has a decade of experience in Indirect Taxation advisory. He was a Co-opted member of Indirect Tax Committee of NIRC of ICAI (2023-24).

He is a two-time rank-holder of CA institute examinations and has been actively involved in the various conventions, conferences of ICAI.

He has been advising clients on a wide range of Indirect Tax matters including GST, Service tax, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, Govt. incentives and Legal metrology law. He has worked with clients in various industries like real estate, infrastructure sector, airlines, iron and steel, automobile, consumer durables, FMCG, consumer electronics, start-ups etc. He regularly appears before appellate authorities including tribunals.

He regularly writes various articles. He is also a GST trainer faculty of ICAI. He has been giving seminars/webinars on various platforms from past several years. He has also given various training sessions in corporates and trained various professionals. He has co-authored books on various topics under GST, Service Tax and VAT.
